At our factory in Stolberg (Rhineland), we produce high-quality cuddly toys for cats with loving dedication. Carefully packaged in aroma-sealed packaging, they set off on their journey around the world from here. All our cat toys bear the “Made in Germany” seal of quality. We source more than 80% of our materials from Germany and the EU
We use selected raw materials that have been tested for harmful substances during their manufacturing process
The safety of our toys has been confirmed many times by the Technical Inspection Association (TÜV)
Our herbal fillings are tested at regular intervals for harmful substances and microbiological purity
So that our toys are as safe as possible for cats, we do not use any small parts in the design and manufacture of our products that could be swallowed and cause harm. Glue, metal, and real or artificial fur are also avoided. We attach great importance to first-class, pollutant-tested raw materials and flawless workmanship.
The Filling Makes All the Difference!
The secret of our cat toys lies within. The stimulating scents of natural herbs have a very special effect on cats. The reactions range from curious sniffing, intense licking to intensive rubbing and high-spirited floor rolling, accompanied by a satisfied purr.
4catsnip – proven recipe for house tigers:
Our specially developed catnip recipe consists of natural catnip with a pinch of Silver Vine. It has a particularly stimulating and play-promoting effect on cats.
Valerian – perks up tired cats:
We only use the purist, natural valerian root. It has a stimulating and revitalising effect on cats.
4cats — HOW IT ALL BEGAN
More than 35 years ago, our journey began with a simple discovery: Valerian tea not only had a calming effect on humans, it also but also sparked incredible enthusiasm in cats. The idea was born - we wanted to create the perfect cat toy.
With a lot of love, dried valerian root was wrapped in a cosmetic cotton wool pad and sewn into fabric bags. The first cuddly cushion was born. Originally only intended as part of an animal welfare project for stray cats, everything quickly changed when we saw the sight of contented cats lolling happily on our cushions. We knew we had to share this joy and make it available to many other cats.
